A License ID is a 32 or 12 character case-sensitive string that is unique to your Account, and used in the URLs to view videos.
Your License ID identifies your Account to our media servers to insure that only authorized users may view your videos.

Normally, your License ID is automatically determined based on your IP Address. Generally speaking, the only time that you need to do anything is if you are using MARC records. In this case, the streaming URL within those records must be edited to use your License ID within that URL.

Your License ID is located on your Account Page and also on the downloaded spreadsheet of your licensed video links.

Aside from individual or institutional pricing, the only difference is how your purchased videos are accessed. 

• Individual Accounts may only be viewed by logging into this site with the username/password that you select at purchase.
• K-12, College,Library Accounts (Institutional) can be accessed from this site by the purchaser with the username/password selected at purchase.
• Videos purchased with an Institutional Account can be viewed by anyone if they visit this website from any of the authorized IP addresses.
• Authorized IP addresses can be specified for Institutional Accounts by the person that purchased the videos.

You do NOT need to login to view the videos purchased by your institution, just click on Institution Access. If the video clips that you are expecting to see do not appear there, you need to contact your administrator to properly configure the account for your institution.

To login to the account area, use the username/password that you (or your rep) created when your account was opened. The login area is located in the top, right hand corner of the home page for this site.

If you're having trouble logging into the application, first check that you are typing in your user name and password correctly. Verify that your caps lock key is not on. If you continue to have problems, try resetting your password - use the "Forgot Password" link and a new password will be emailed to you, or just click here.

If you do not receive your password in a few minutes, and have reset it more than once, contact your rep, or use the Contact Us menu option. There may have been trouble sending you an email for some reason.

Shipping Policies

Standard Shipping (U.S only)
Most orders are shipped via Standard Shipping and are delivered within 7-10 business days from the ship date depending on product availability. We are sorry, we do not deliver to P.O Boxes.

Express (2-3 days) Shipping
Express orders will be shipped via 2nd Day Service should be delivered within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date. We're sorry, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Overnight Service Shipping
Overnight order placed by 12:00PM EST/noon will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Overnight order placed after 12:00 PM EST/noon will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Items delayed due to availability will not be sent via Express or Overnight service.

Shipping to Canada
Orders shipping to Canada are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please expect delivery within 14-21 business days from ship date. Not all programs are available to ship to Canada. See program information.

International Locations (Other than Canada)
We're sorry, products can only be shipped to destinations within the United States, it's territories and Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience.

APO/FPO delivery
The delivery time to APO/FPO addresses vary and it is out of our control. It may take a long period of time.

Encryption and Security
We use VeriSign's Payflow Pro software to perform all credit card transactions. To ensure your information remains secure, Payflow Pro encrypts each transaction request using the latest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology.

Your privacy is very important to use. We've gone beyond https/SSL!

Traditional https/SSL encrypts your personal information, and then sends it to our servers for processing.  From there our servers would then send it again for validation with the CC Processing company.

Our payment service is implemented using Stripe.js (provided by Stripe at https://stripe.com/). All of your information is securely transmitted a single time directly from your web browser to the payment processor.  Our servers never even see it, and have no need to send it again. We then work with Stripe using a shared "code word" or "token" that represents you or your payment details, so no one has the opportunity to intercept any information about you, nor does it exist in our database if it is is ever compromised.
