Nutrition and dietetics have become two of the most important careers in the 21st century as new findings indicate that diet plays a major role in good health and the cause of many of the chronic diseases that plague people in their later years. Seven Professors from three major nutrition and dietetics schools in the country provide a primer of this exciting profession.
